Android Help


The Ohio Valley Bank App is an Android version of our CellTeller mobile banking service. You can check balances, view transaction history, pay bills, get onscreen alerts, and transfer funds. Transfers made before 11:00 pm Eastern are processed on the same business day.

Getting Started
You must have NetTeller to use the Ohio Valley Bank Android App. Don't have NetTeller? No problem, you can apply online HERE.

After downloading the App, if you have not previously activated mobile banking, the system will walk you through a few short steps to activate service.

Security
Account data is not stored on your device. Text messages do not contain personal financial information. The Ohio Valley Bank App uses SSL and the same security standards as NetTeller. You should always secure your phone from unauthorized users. Should your phone become lost or stolen, please notify Ohio Valley Bank so that we may disable mobile banking as an extra precaution. You may contact OVB by calling the Internet Call Center at 1-877-893-2265.

Requirements
You must have NetTeller internet banking. The OVB App is a free expansion of your NetTeller service.

Troubleshooting
The most common cause of error is low signal strength. The Ohio Valley Bank App works best in areas with full 3G service. Your phone carrier should be able to provide assistance.
