New Community Designs Debut at Ohio Valley Bank
GALLIPOLIS, Ohio—Ohio Valley Bank recently unveiled two new designs as part of its Community First debit card program as customers got their first look at the Piketon Redstreaks card and the Gallipolis Junior Womens Club card this week. Both designs are now available for MasterCard® debit cards at all Ohio Valley Bank locations.
The school or organization for which the card is designed for will receive five dollars for every OVB customer who chooses to upgrade to the new card design. With the release of these new designs, the bank rises to a total of 28 local designs in their library. Ohio Valley Bank introduced the program in an effort to make a positive impact on its communities.
The Piketon Redstreaks card design features the school’s inspiring red with a streak of lightning. The Gallipolis Junior Womens Club card design has an elegant golden fleur-de-lis in honor of the area’s history. Through the Community First debit card program, bank account holders may upgrade the look of their debit card to one designed for their favorite local school or charity. The upgrade is available for a ten dollar fee with half donated back to the school or charity.
Bank staff are currently working to add more local designs to the mix. Officials from schools or local charities wishing to participate in the free, no-labor fundraising program should email firstname.lastname@example.org. More information on the cards and a look at the currently available designs can be found at www.ovbc.com/communitycards.
