October 11, 2019
OAK HILL, Ohio—Today, Ohio Valley Bank unveiled the Oaks United debit card as the newest addition to its Community First debit card program. This new card design, featuring a majestic oak tree, is now available at all Ohio Valley Bank locations.
Ohio Valley Bank checking account holders can choose to upgrade the look of their debit card to the Festival card for $10, with $5 donated back to Oaks United.
An official statement from the charity said, ”Oaks United is pleased to be included in this wonderful opportunity. We provide food assistance to Oak Hill students and their families, and 100% of all monies donated goes to the purchase of food. Having this card will only help our cause. We appreciate the OVB for including us.”
Designs are also available for other area schools and many local charities; such as Festival of Flags, Jackson and Wellston High Schools, Apple Festival, and Friends of 4-H. Bank staff are constantly working to add more local designs. Officials from schools or local charities wishing to participate in the program should email firstname.lastname@example.org.
