OVB introduces Waverly Tigers debit card
WAVERLY, Ohio—Ohio Valley Bank is roaring over the newest edition to its Community First Debit Card Program. The Waverly Tigers MasterCard® debit card design is now available at all Ohio Valley Bank locations.
The high school will receive five dollars for every OVB customer who chooses to upgrade to the new card design. The Waverly Tigers debit card is the 29th local design released by Ohio Valley Bank in an effort to make a positive impact on its communities.
The card design features a real tiger mid-roar and the school’s crest. Through the Community First debit card program, bank account holders may upgrade the look of their debit card to one designed for their favorite local school or charity. The upgrade is available for a ten dollar fee with half donated back to the school or charity.
Bank staff are currently working to add more local designs to the mix. In addition to the Waverly High School card, OVB also offers cards designed for the Piketon Redstreaks, Eastern Eagles and a Pike County YMCA card. Officials from schools or local charities wishing to participate in the free, no-labor fundraising program should email firstname.lastname@example.org. More information on the cards and a look at the currently available designs can be found at www.ovbc.com/communitycards.
