GALLIPOLIS – Ohio Valley Bank recently announced the promotion of Terri Camden. Camden was named senior vice president, director of human resources.
Camden began her career at OVB more than 25 years ago as a customer service representative at the bank’s Rio Grande Office. During this time, she also attended classes at the University of Rio Grande. After Camden graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business management, she accepted a role in the human resources department in 2001.
Larry Miller, OVB president and CEO, described Camden’s promotion as well-earned.
“Terri has provided outstanding leadership to the human resources department over the last two and a half years as well as served as an excellent resource for all employees,” Miller said.
Camden is a 1998 graduate of River Valley High School. In addition to her bachelor’s degree, she earned her associate degree in business management from URG in 1998. Camden also is a graduate of the Ohio Bankers League Bank Leadership Institute as well as the Human Resource Management School (Graduate School of Banking).
Outside of work, Camden volunteers for the Gallia Academy soccer and basketball teams by organizing fundraisers, working concession stands, and more. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Cory, and two sons.
