GALLIPOLIS – Jenni Swain, Ohio Valley Bank Assistant Vice President I, Marketing Specialist, recently earned the American Bankers Association (ABA) Marketing School certificate.
Swain was one of 64 bank marketing professionals from across the country who completed the training course. The ABA Marketing School is an intense educational program focused on preparing marketing professionals for a leadership role in their company and to strategically align marketing plans with goals. The program included 14 courses ranging from a variety of topics, including marketing ROI; data and analytics; profitability; sales and marketing alignment; AI and risk management; and more.
When describing her experience with the program, Swain praised OVB for encouraging her to further her career.
“I’m proud to have earned the ABA Bank Marketing School certificate to assist in bringing my best to my current role. Although it was a jam-packed week, the experience was invaluable. I thank Ohio Valley Bank for investing in its employees,” Swain said.
Swain has been a valued member of the OVB team for nearly 22 years. As a 2004 graduate of South Gallia High School, she started her career with the bank during her senior year working in the commercial loan department as a file room clerk. She has worked in many areas of the bank prior to joining the marketing team in 2017. In addition, Swain currently chairs the OVB Special Events Team and serves on the Team OVB Committee.
Swain currently resides in Crown City with her husband of 21 years and their four daughters.
