Limited Holiday Hours at Gallipolis Walmart Office
For your convenience, our office inside Gallipolis Walmart will be open from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm on all federal and bank holidays except Good Friday, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas.

New Year's Eve Processing Hours
On Wednesday, December 31 the following early cutoff times will also be observed:
 
Mobile Deposit & OVB Remote Cutoff Time:11 a.m. Eastern
ACH Cutoff Time: 11 a.m. Eastern
Wire Cutoff Time: 12 p.m. Eastern
 
Online Banking transfers will cut off at 9 p.m. as normal. Bill Pay cutoff will also be at the normal time of 3 p.m. Any transactions made after cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. For example, any Mobile Deposits made on Wednesday, December 31 after 11 a.m. will be processed on the next business day which is Friday, January 2, and funds will be available the morning of January 3.
 

Please note that transactions made in-person at any Ohio Valley Bank location prior to closing are processed on the same business day.
