Q: What kind of software do I need?
A: Since your eDelivery statements are securely stored inside NetTeller Online Banking you will need an email address, an Internet connection, and a supported browser. See our current Supported Browsers.

Q: If my mother and I are joint owners on an account and she is the one who receives the paper statement in the mail, will she still get it if I sign up for eDelivery on that account?
A: No, but she can also sign up to receive it via eDelivery or you can add her as an "additional recipient". You can create one additional recipient per account within eDelivery in NetTeller or on the OVB Mobile App. OVB personnel cannot create an additional recipient for you but can walk you through the steps: contact the Customer Support Call Center for assistance.

Q: How long does it take to get my eDelivery statement?
A: Once enrollment is complete and you have made your statement selections (see "Adding Statements..." under Customizing eDelivery) you will start receiving eDelivery. Unlike your paper statements, which can take 2-4 business days by postal service, eDelivery provides delivery of your statement quickly and securely. When your statement is created by the bank, it will automatically be available to you via eDelivery.

Q: Can I have eDelivery without NetTeller?
A: Yes. You will still have a user ID and password to use in the NetTeller login, but your access will be limited to only the features associated with eDelivery. Please contact our Customer Support Call Center toll free at 800-468-6682 to establish your user ID and password.

Q: Can I still receive my paper statement in the mail?
A: eDelivery eliminates the need to mail a paper statement. Once enrolled, you will receive your next statement by U.S. mail AND by eDelivery; and from then on you will only receive your statements by eDelivery.

Q: How many statements are saved in eDelivery?
A: eDelivery statements are kept for 90 days. Statements are also viewable through NetTeller for the past year.

Q: What if I need one for more than 90 days?
A: You can print your eDelivery statement or save it to your own computer for later reference.

Q: How do I forward my statements?
A: Part of the security of eDelivery is that the statement is password-protected. If you want the statement delivered to an additional recipient you may designate that person within the eDelivery settings. They will receive their own ID and password.

Q: Why am I not seeing my check images?
A: If you currently receive check images with your printed statement, you will receive them with your eDelivery statement. Make sure that you are clicking on the eDelivery tab in NetTeller or on "Documents" in the OVB Mobile App to view your statement. 

Q: What are the benefits of eDelivery over postal mail?
A: 
  • USPS takes 2-4 business days even if they are not experiencing delays, eDelivery takes minutes
  • No drawer full of old paper statements or hassle with storing statements
  • No need for the paper shredder, statements are stored securely online for 90 days
  • Security. Unlike traditional mail, you need an ID and password to open your eDelivery statement
